Science

Amplify Science is a hands-on, inquiry-based program aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Students explore life, earth, and physical science by asking questions, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and building models.

Each year, students complete three units—Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science—and learn to think and work like real scientists and engineers. Lessons include reading, writing, hands-on investigations, and digital tools that make science meaningful and engaging.

Thanks to support from our E-TEAM, students visit the STEM Lab each week, where a Specialist partners with classroom teachers to support exciting, hands-on experiments that spark curiosity and deepen understanding of grade-level science concepts.
