Dear Parents and Guardians of the Fifth Grade Class of 2026,
It is with great pride and excitement that we invite you to celebrate the Encino Charter Elementary School Class of 2026 Culmination Ceremony! This special milestone marks the end of an important chapter in our studentsβ educational journey, and we look forward to honoring their hard work, growth, and accomplishments together as a school community.
π Culmination Ceremony for the Class of 2026
Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
Encino Charter Elementary School

Classrooms will open at 7:40 a.m., and students should arrive no later than 8:00 a.m.
ποΈ Tickets
Each student will receive four guest tickets for the ceremony, which will be distributed by teachers on Tuesday, May 26. If your family does not plan to use all tickets, we kindly ask that you return any extras so we may share them with families requesting additional seats.
πͺ Guest Check-In & Seating
Guests may enter through the Purple Gate located between the office and auditorium beginning at 8:03 a.m. Seating is first come, first served.
π Parking & Safety Reminder
Please note that the faculty parking lot is reserved for teachers and staff only. We encourage families to carpool or walk if possible, as parking in the neighborhood will be limited.
For the safety of our students and community, please do not block driveways, red zones, intersections, or crosswalks.
π Student Attire
We encourage students to dress in a manner that reflects the significance of this special occasion while remaining comfortable and school appropriate.
Suggested attire may include:
β’ Dress shirt with slacks or khakis
β’ Dresses or skirts
β’ Optional necktie or sweater
Please avoid jeans, flip-flops, printed t-shirts, or overly casual attire. Shoes should be safe and comfortable for walking.
π Ceremony Expectations
We know this will be an exciting and emotional celebration for our students and families. We ask for your support in helping students demonstrate maturity, respect, and pride throughout the ceremony. Families are encouraged to hold applause until all students have been recognized so every child can fully enjoy their special moment.
To help ensure all guests have a clear view, balloons will not be permitted in the seating area. Air horns and confetti cannons are also not permitted on campus.
A professional photographer will be capturing this memorable event so families can relax and enjoy the ceremony. Photo information will be shared approximately one month after culmination.
π« After the Ceremony
Students are welcome to return to their classrooms following the ceremony for the remainder of the school day. If you choose to have your child leave with you after culmination, please complete a blue early release form at the exit gate and provide it to a staff member.
