Encino Charter's E-TEAM proudly sponsors a beautiful STEM lab and a full time Instructor.  Our students visit the STEM Lab for lessons where they learn how to integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through design process of critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration to foster innovation not just for today, but the future.
