Visual Arts

Through Encino Charter's Visual Arts instruction, students are introduced to art masters and enjoy hands-on studio art lessons. Students learn to recognize artistic elements, such as line, form, texture, color and value.  They also become better observers, and expand their vocabulary in the artistic principles of balance, movement, pattern and proportion.  

Encino Charter's E-TEAM proudly sponsors a Visual Arts Instructor.  The Visual Arts Instructor collaborates with the classroom teacher to provide weekly lessons that follow the California Arts Standards.
